I wanted to go natural. It made a lot of sense. I wanted to stop poisoning my body, the bodies of my family and the environment but….
Shampoos, conditioners, moisturisers, shower gels and make-up are so very expensive. Was I going to just wash them down the drain? What a waste! Could I just throw them in the bin? I couldn’t do it. I hate waste. I hate poisoning my family. What could I do?
My solution was very practical. I used up the products I’d already purchased. I figured a couple more uses wasn’t going to make that much difference. When each item was used, I would only buy a natural alternative. It was practical and I didn’t have to buy all new products at once. The family didn’t even notice the difference.
I now use only natural products and I feel good knowing I’m doing my bit for the environment and I’m not exposing my family to as many chemicals as before.
